From idea to product
In a world increasingly driven by technology developments, change is accelerating. Technologies and applications that make sense today can be disrupted tomorrow and make way to a completely new set of use cases and best practices. Technology hype cycles are more dynamic and permeable than ever before. At Skymantics, we maintain a constant research mindset that enables us to continually challenge, improve, and invent.
New ideas should not stay in white papers and ConOps. Rather, they become good, applicable ideas once they are prototyped and tested. This is a basic tenet for achieving a validation by practitioners and the user community.
It is essential to involve domain experts and potential users in the ideation, testing and verification process cycles. Thus, a collaboration environment is essential, where feedback cycles and iterations are executed in an agile way to select the ideas and implementations that make sense technically and economically.

Skymantics is supporting the research and development of UTM by providing guidance in data exchange modeling, information architecture alternatives, and gap analysis to support future UAS Service Supplier (USS) prototypes.
